1. Storage 0f Data: We do not store any of the personal data. Your data is safe. The forms with basic information are built on third party platform SquareSpace. The data from the form goes to the email account which is also a third-party tool - Office 365, Outlook from Microsoft. For the collection of data, the data is stored in the form of spreadsheet in google drive. We use this information only for the purpose to provide you services. The data is not shared with any third party for any purposes. The GDPR & security policies of Squarespace, Microsoft & Google applies to the data stored.

2. Data Protection: If you feel your data has been misused, you can always contact Kyrashines team by writing an email to - info@Kyrashines.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer then you have an option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

3. Website: We have used Squarespace, a third-party platform to build our website. Such third-party tools may on its own or via linked service providers collect information when you visit the Website i.e. through use of cookies or other forms. This may include, information related to operating system, type of browser, IP address, details of your browsing the Website etc. We are not responsible or liable for practices followed by Squarespace or other third parties on how it collects, holds, uses & discloses such information. It is beyond our control.

4. Services: If you use any of our services, you abide by the given terms of services of Kyrashines.

5. Payments: All payments must be made within the given duration as mentioned on invoice. Based on the services used, we may request for an advance payment or may ask for payment at a later date.

6. Team Members: Kyrashines works with panel of team members which may be brought in on need basis but are not on the payroll of the organization. The coaching, training, workshops can be facilitated by anyone as governed by Kyrashines.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights: All training material is original with Kyrashines. If you reproduce the material in some way or other. It will be treated as infringement.

8. Audio & Video Recordings: Kyrashines owns all the rights and can take audio & video recordings of the sessions held i.e. trainings or workshops or in any other manner.

9. Photographs: Kyrashines reserves the right to take photographs & use it for publicity, training material or in any other form as required. The photographs may be taken before, during or after the planned sessions.

10. Third party links or Information: Based on the requirement of trainings & campaigns going on, Kyrashines may provide with third party links & information on its website. We are not responsible and do not have any control for the content presented on third party websites.

11. Revised Terms of Service: The terms of service can be modified by Kyrashines as & when required. The revised terms with updated version number will be uploaded on the website.

12. Law: The terms of services are governed by Dutch Law. In case of any dispute the resolution will be done in Amsterdam District Court.
