Kyrashines

Sonal curated the idea of Kyrashines while she was mentoring, coaching & training a lot of her team members. It made her realize that there is no platform available focused to combine the four elements of human existence i.e. Mind, Body, Emotions & Energy and work with them to make everyone shine. In simple words, using this combination can easily bring people into a state of high performance.
She has been working in corporate world for almost two decades in different industries, geographies and companies.
She first underwent the transformation herself, by learning & practicing the different Yogic & Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques. After her own positive experiences, she decided to bring it to people to benefit from it. She used her varied experience to identify the needs of individuals to grow and how they can use the simple life elements for themselves. She has designed the offerings at Kyrashines, keeping the elements of life in the centre.
She chose the name Kyrashines. In Persian language Kyra means Sun. Kyrashines depicts the sunshine i.e. energy we all need to grow & shine.

She believes that everyone has the capability to fly, all we need to do is learn to create our own sky.
